More of the same from Washington!

President Obama set two goals pertaining to health reform:  1) to overhaul the system by curbing rapidly rising costs, and 2) to provide health insurance coverage to the approximately 45 million Americans that are currently uninsured.  He had hoped to have the deal completed by October; a goal that, at this writing, appears will not be met.

Percentage increase:                                                                           17.3%
